Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 128mega account. If 128mega detects that you hold or have attempted to create duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will also be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 128mega account credentials, including your login email, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 128mega will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify 128mega immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
128mega operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to provide certified copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 128mega may result in the suspension of deposit, betting, and withdrawal facilities until verification is satisfactorily completed.

128mega reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet or wager where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event or game in question has been compromised, that the bet was placed on the basis of privileged or non-public information, or that the bet was placed through technical error or system malfunction. In such circumstances, 128mega will endeavour to notify affected Members and refund voided stake amounts to account balances where applicable.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any other factor that results in incorrect odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes being displayed or processed on the 128mega platform, 128mega reserves the right to correct any such errors. Bets placed on the basis of manifestly incorrect odds or settings may be voided by the Company. 128mega will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such technical errors.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on the 128mega platform. These limits are displayed within each betting interface and game lobby. 128mega reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 128mega platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law:
128mega reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of any provision of these Terms; provision of false registration information; identification of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory directive requiring account suspension; detection of money laundering activity; or any other circumstance in which 128mega reasonably believes that continued account operation presents a regulatory, legal, financial, or reputational risk to the Company.
Upon account closure for cause, 128mega will determine in its sole discretion whether any account balance is payable to the Member, having regard to the circumstances of closure. Where a Member's account is closed for material breach, 128mega reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and to retain funds where permitted by applicable law and regulation.
Members may voluntarily close their 128mega account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method.
All content available on the 128mega platform, including but not limited to software, website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, animations, and audio-visual elements, is the proprietary intellectual property of 128mega or its licensed content providers. 128mega's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the 128mega platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 128mega account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
128mega does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 128mega takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and security, the Company does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the service.
